You see your practitioner ten times and during each visit we will treat you in order to get you out of pain and teach you how to move safely.

Patients with back pain have often lost their body awareness, which results in abnormal movement patterns. We look at how you are moving and help to rehabilitate your motion patterns, using corrective exercises. This includes skills for your whole life, like lifting, sitting and squatting safely and correctly.

It means we can get you out of pain and stop you hurting yourself any more.

We will send you video reminders of the corrective exercises between visits and remind you to do them (through our app, coming soon). We support you the whole way through.
