Not only is this an opportunity for work, this is also an ideal way for both parties to investigate their suitability. Associate Positions

Back to Health Chiropractic Clinics Ltd have opportunities for part time support staff and full time support staff looking for a career path. The three major roles with in the clinics include Front Desk Co-ordinator, New Patient Advocate and Practice Coordinator. We currently have vacancies for all three positions. A brief description follows:

Front Desk Co-ordinator

This role focuses on reception, managing the appointment book and the co-ordination of facilities to allow the clinic to run smoothly on a daily basis. Excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and an ability to multitask are essential.

New Patient Advocate

This role assists the Chiropractor with the process of managing the new patients. It’s focus is two fold:

1) Looking after new patients and assisting the Chiropractor with the consultation and diagnostic stage.
2) Providing the highest quality of service that in turn encourages continuous referrals within the clinic.

Practice Coordinator

This is a pivotal role, where the Coordinator is responsible for the overall running of the clinic. This will include operations, local marketing & networking, head office liaison, management, assistance with patient care and monitoring of financial stability of the clinic.
